OVERVIEW:
Antelope is on a mission to elevate the lives of pets by building and growing the highest-quality pet brands. As we scale, protecting our brand integrity and strengthening our e-commerce execution are essential to our success. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed, and proactive MAP Compliance & E-Commerce Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team.
In this role, you will own the day-to-day execution of Antelope’s MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) compliance program, ensuring our pricing integrity across retailer.com sites and open marketplaces. You’ll become the internal subject matter expert on MAP processes, software tools, workflows, and communication best practices. You will also support the E-Commerce team with critical administrative and commercial execution tasks that keep our product catalog, listings, and retailer submissions running smoothly.
This role is open only to candidates who currently live and are authorized to work in the United States.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
MAP Compliance & Brand Protection (50–70%)
Own Antelope’s sales brand protection program execution (minimum advertised price) and become the SME on overall program processes and documents
Run weekly MAP compliance reports and communicate market violations to sales team
Manage and maintain Antelope’s authorized and unauthorized reseller database
Conduct research on potential distribution leakage and work with sales teams or distributors to mitigate
Collaborate with Antelope’s legal counsel to escalate and manage unauthorized sellers in marketplaces
Run weekly, monthly, and ad hoc scorecard reports and provide frequent updates to senior leaders on overall program compliance
E-Commerce Sales Support (30–50%)
Support the E-commerce team on day-to-day commercial execution needs, including but not limited to: catalog attributes, item submission & maintenance, catalog integrity, merchandising audits, retailer ticketing support, etc
QUALIFICATIONS:
2–3 years of experience in sales operations or sales administration, with CPG experience required
Demonstrated experience supporting sales teams with data organization, data administration, and reporting tasks
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formatting, tables)
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for building clear, professional presentations
Salesforce experience preferred
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
Collaborative working style, able to partner effectively across sales, legal, and cross-functional teams
Comfort working with large data sets and distilling insights for stakeholders
This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in the United States
