OVERVIEW:
Antelope is looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead key relationships with Ecommerce & Omnichannel retailers and drive digital growth. This role will oversee strategic interactions with retail partners, manage a small in-house team, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute key initiatives in forecasting, pricing, promotions, and digital content. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, capable of delivering insights that drive business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee strategic interactions with Ecommerce & Omnichannel retailers and serve as an internal liaison between Antelope & our retail customers
Directly manage & lead a small in-house team to ensure day-to-day execution is completed and followed through
Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, and finance on revenue forecasting, omni digital penetration growth, retail media budget deployment, promotional strategy/execution, pricing strategy, product roadmap & commercialization, and digital content execution
Support the head of Omnichannel Ecommerce on retailer joint business planning, annual negotiations, assortment strategy, overall growth strategy and profitability
Support the head of Omnichannel Ecommerce on overall internal strategy setting, rollout, and execution
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
6-8 years of experience working in marketplace & omnichannel ecommerce, category management, sales & account management in consumer product goods required
Pet category experience a plus
Experience in engaging directly with Ecom and omnichannel retailers required (i.e. Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc)
Pet pureplay retailers a plus (i.e. Chewy, Petco, PetSmart)
Exceptional project management, attention to detail, communication and collaboration skills
Ability to deliver strategic insights and presentations (internally & externally)
Must love dogs or cats (& treats!)
